Well, there was something that happened to me a few years ago, with my friend at the time. It was really stressful and depressing for me. And the friend and I don't speak anymore, or get along at all.

Anyways, time has passed, and it still bothers me.

I've decided it is probably best to talk to my friend at the time, and talk about what happened.

Although anytime I've tried before I just got ignored, or pretty much ignored.

I sometimes feel as if there is something wrong with me, since I haven't been able to get over what happened.

But the situation was important to me, and i took it very seriously. Anyways, I'm hoping this is the best way to get past what happened, is to talk with the person who was involved. Even if bad things are said, i'm hoping we can work out the bad blood between us.

Is this a good idea?

Many people ask me what I think it would change, or how it would help, as if it is not going to help me.  I think though, if your issue is with someone and what happened with them, its best to talk with them.  Forgive and forget you know?

Talk all you want, but if he doesn't want to talk, then don't.
