i think there should be a thorough investigation to insure that it is FOR SURE true, just for those ppl who are like "well some ppl are actually innoccent" but for those who are obviously guilty, or who are found guilty, they should be put to death, with or without emotional, physical, and mental torture, as long as we get rid of people like this, then it doesnt really matter how its done.
