So yeah. For those interested, this situation got very messy. A complaint has been filed against the doctor and a legal application has been filed to remove the ER doctor's reports from my medical record. For the literal diagnosis, he put "marijuana abuse" and wrote a comment stating "patient ignorant, everyday abuser, thought process similar to whiskey drinker who kills a being in a car collision"
After yet another EKG, 4 vials of bloodwork, an xray, urine sample and chiropractic examination, it turns out that my condition has NOTHING to do with marijuana or stress. Absolutely nothing.
The chest attack I felt was severe heartburn caused by reflux esophogitis. Such a condition can take up to 8 months to "kick in", proving that marijuana not only couldn't have caused it, but also that marijuana did not worsen it.
The heart rate of 150bpm was a typical panic attack. Everybody (myself included) seemed to overlook the fact that I have severe anxiety disorder and was susceptible to this kinda thing to begin with, before the fatty I smoked even had time to kick in.
So long as no other drugs were found in my urine sample, signifying that it was laced, a lawyer has agreed that I have a case for lost hours at work and medical fees, up to a maximum of $500.
